What Is AODA?

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) is a law passed with the goal of creating standards to improve accessibility across the province for people with disabilities. It is mandatory that all employees working in Ontario are trained on this legislation.

The “Training” Standard is the next standard to be adopted by the AODA. The topics included in this mandatory training are as follows:

  • Human Rights Code
  • Duty to Accommodate
  • Applying Human Rights principles
  • Compliance and enforcement

Please give yourself approximately 30 minutes to complete this training & quiz.

For any questions or concerns about H&S Awareness Training, please email CAN-HumanResources@mosaic.com.
